Annie Maynard MCIPD

I founded Riverhead HR Consulting in 2015 working initially within the Financial Services and Retail/Tech sectors and more recently with a variety of clients both small, medium and large.  With over 30 years’ multi industry experience (public and private sector) and with organisations of all sizes from start-ups to large corporate, I provide support and guidance to organisations on how best to resolve difficult people related issues.

Specialising in employee relations and reorganisation/change, I can provide support either in addition to the incumbent team when workload is stretched or where HR is not present.

I am values led and strongly believe treating people fairly achieves the best result not just for your business but also for the individuals involved.  My aim is always to achieve an improved outcome for all involved, minimising stress and risk for the business.

I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and qualified over 20 years ago with a PGDip in Human Resource Management.

Developed from scratch or a review of existing handbook, all content is legally compliant and sensitive to organisational culture.
