Annie Maynard MCIPD

I founded Riverhead HR Consulting in 2015, initially working within the Financial Services and Retail/Tech sectors.  Since then I have worked with a range of clients from small owner led through to large multinational corporate organisations; supporting on a range of HR related issues / projects.  

With over 30 years’ multi industry experience (both public and private sector), I provide support and guidance on people related scenarios, specialising in employee relations and reorganisation / business change. 

I provide HR support either in addition to the incumbent team when workload is stretched or where HR is not present.

Clients include:

Disney, Just Eat Takeaway, ASOS, Willis Towers Watson,

Vanquis Bank, Belevdere Mead, Thurrock Council, Lewis Silkin, The Young Foundation, Creative Car Parks,

Precision Medicine Catapult, CSL Behring and Youth First.

Guidance on structural changes through the entire process including support on consultation
